60′S CHIC

I’m not sure if the hair has something to do with it, but Michelle Williams pulls off that hot 60’s look better than anyone. You’ll see some variation of this look popping up on the runways and in magazines all the time. It’s fun and easy to achieve.

The key to this look is having a white or cream-colored (depending on skin tone), matte or frosted eye shadow all over the lid. This will set the tone for that retro glamour. The rest of the look is pretty basic and goes nicely with stand-out eye shadow.
