When I saw this come out on the website, I knew I had to get it because I’m collecting all the chocolate palettes, but I was a bit worried I wouldn’t be able to get on with it as I don’t usually reach for green eyeshadows. But oh my goshhh these are stunning! Beautiful colours, blend amazingly and all with the smell of mint chocolate!
One of my favourite packaging, i love the green chocolate effect. I love the colors inside they're so warm and wintery at the same time, you can realy create different looks with this one. The pigmentation is impressive as always.
This is realy my favourit brand when it comes to eyeshadow. Highly affordable and amazing quality.
I didn't usually use this kinds of colors, but when I saw this palette I felt like I need this. And this is just gorgeous palette! Pigmentation is so good, colors blend so nice and smooth, and this color scheme looks just gorgeous. I absolutly love and neutural shades (Tea is my holy grail), and bright colors(Poison Ivy is so pigmented omg), and shimmers (I like bright ones more than neuturals tho, like Distusbance, Rivals, Lust). Almost perfect palette for me, tho I didnt like shades named High Standarts and Engaged. I feel like they harder to pick up and they are not really showing up that much on the eyes. But, over all, I do love this palette and I will use it a lot in the future ;)
First of all, I've read on some websites/youtube comments that this could be a Subculture dupe. As a Subculture owner, it's not. There's at most three colours duped. However, the formula is way better than Subculture. You might have to layer the darker shades (I'm thinking about Poison Ivy and that dark brown) but the mattes apply softly and blend well. The shimmers look super nice dry (applied with fingers). Just if you'd like to know, that shade next to the dark blue doesn't look the same at all when swatched, it's somewhat coral? That was a slight disappointement, along with the smell but well. Still a good value for the price, much like with all the chocolate palettes.
I love the unique colour selection too!
This is the palette that made me want to buy all of the chocolate bar palettes. I tried this palette a few days ago and I really love how pigmented it is and all the shades are very soft on my skin. I didn't have a reaction to it and not a lot of fall out. I highly recommend this palette over the Subculture palette by Anastasia.
I even made a review video for this palette. If you want to check it out, here is the link:
