Am a huge convert to beauty blenders, never used them till last month, now, well I have 2 of these, 3 of the blender on a stick they do (so clever,) and 1 of the hard sponge. I tend to dampen the blenders and find it makes the foundation go on smoothly and it dries well. Before I was just using my fingers. Because I am a hygiene freak I wash these after each use, hence having a few. I would recommend you wash these with the jar of hard soap Revolution do and run under the tap. That is also a reasonable price and I think may last forever!
I bought this when it was £3 and it is great! When you soak it in water, it expands just like a beauty blender and becomes so soft. I have used it a couple of times and it's definitely a must have. Blends foundation amazingly without soaking up too much product. It's very similar to the Superdrug B. Latex free sponges. Its shape is even better as you can use the sharp edge under the eyes. I bought two more, an extra for myself and one for my sister. £3 is a bargain!
I cannot compare this to the real beauty blender as i have never owned one, but I love this, it expands really well, and it super soft. it blends in stick/liquid foundation and concealer seamlessly. super easy to clean. would definitely recommend this to anyone on a budget. i would definitely buy this again.
Bought this as I don’t have a lot of money to constantly keep replacing the real techniques sponge. I was shocked at how much better it was than the real technique one! Expands so much more than real technique and such a good price. Definitely recommend
Was surprised to see that this beauty sponge is actually quite decent. In fact i would say it’s better than the real techniques sponge. Its firm but soft as the same time. The real technique sponge feels more flimsy and soaks up more product compared to this.
