Delivery Status

Hello,

Thank you for your recent order. Our SALE has been the strongest ever and our January demand has been much higher than we expected. As a result, we have been experiencing delays of up to a week with our despatch and are so sorry if you have been affected by this. We want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can and working around the clock to pick and pack your orders so they get to you as quickly as possible and that your order is coming and will be on its way soon. Please expect your order within 9 days (7 working days) from when you placed it.

Due to these delays we have also had higher than normal level of enquiries to our customer care team. We are very sorry if you have contacted us and not received a reply. We are also working as hard as we can to respond to all the enquiries but simply not been able to as yet. Thank you so much for your patience. Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £15

Our free standard shipping offer applies to any order over £15 with a shipping address in the United Kingdom. All orders will have the option to upgrade to our priority delivery service which enables a faster delivery time.

Orders placed at weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next business day and delivered the day after that.

Standard Shipping aims to deliver within 5-7 working days.

48 hour tracked delivery.

If your order contains a tracking number, this will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking information is available within your account.

Delivery of your Shipment

There will be a minimum of one delivery attempt made.

In the event no one is available to receive the parcel one of three things will happen to the package:

  • Card is left and the parcel is left with a neighbour
  • Card is left and the parcel is left with local collection point or Post Office
  • Card is left requesting consignee to contact the delivery partner to arrange re-delivery

Accurate Address Information

Our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. Please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing your order. Our system is capable of retaining multiple addresses; although it will always select the default address for both shipping and billing. You will have the option of entering a new address or selecting one that has been previously entered during the checkout process. It is your responsibility to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. Please make sure to include your House, flat, apartment, suite, unit or room number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page of the order.

Items Not Received?

An item is classified as lost by Royal Mail when it is missing for:
7 working days in the UK
30 working days for delivery to Europe
35 working days for the rest of the world.

Please allow for these timescales to pass then we can investigate further.

During very busy periods we may incur delays and we will keep you informed.

14 working days in the UK
30 working days for delivery to Europe
35 working days for the rest of the world.

Damaged or Lost Packages

All damaged packages must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible on 0330 111 0032 or email help@RevolutionBeauty.com so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbours, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with the front office to see if it was received by them.
