The £20K pledge

to #makeupformentalhealth

For anyone who follows us on Instagram, you would have seen that we put a question stories out in December asking you what mental health charities have supported you, or you support yourself. Why? Because you are our community. We always listen and we always take your guidance.

So, with your help, we have split £20,000 between four incredible charities. Let us introduce you to them…

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide through vital, life-saving support, impactful campaigns and collective action. On average, 125 people take their own lives in the UK every week and that's just not ok. CALM exists to challenge and change this. By offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation and bringing people together to empower everyone to reject living miserably we stand together against suicide.
