DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDERThere will be a minimum of one delivery attempt made. In the event of no one being available to receive the parcel one of three things will happen to the package:• Card is left and the parcel is left with a neighbours
• Card is left and the parcel is left with local collection point or Post Office
• Card is left requesting consignee to contact the delivery partner to arrangere-delivery
DHL EXPRESS - ON DEMAND DELIVERYDHL Express orders will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new shipping notification from DHLEXPRESS.DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customise your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.DHL On Demand Delivery offers flexible delivery options:• Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery

CUSTOMSFor International orders the price of the items does not include customs & importduties as these charges vary from country to country. Please be aware that you might be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.
MISSING PACKAGESAn item is classified as lost when it is missing for:14 working days in the UK
30 working days for delivery to Europe
