1. Cleanse your face thoroughly and apply water-based skincare product evenly.
2. Hold POWER button for 2 seconds to turn ON/OFF the device. Short press to adjust 5 intensity levels.
3. Short press MODE button to switch modes, long press MODE button to toggle vibration.
4. Activate treatment by applying contact to the skin. Gently glide upward across skin (do not press hard). Apply skin care after use for best results. 
5. Usage Frequency: First Use - 3-5 minutes.Adaption Period - 5-10 minutes, 3-5 times per week.Regular Use - 10-15 minutes, 3-5 times per week.Maximum Single Session: Do not exceed 15 minutes
