Working in a skincare & make-up company means we’re constantly surrounded by a vast number of products. Quite a lot of the time we will use some of these products to make content with, or to just try them out to get thoughts & opinions. It might not be surprising to learn that a few products end up as staples in our own make-up/skincare bags!
I thought it would be a fun way to get to know more of #TeamRev by asking some of them what their favourite must have Revolution products are and why. Read on to discover what they recommend!

I absolutely love this fragrance! It smells incredible and lasts for an extremely long time! On top of that the packaging is great and feel so premium whilst being extremely affordable. The magnetic lids are addictive to keep popping on and off!
Revolution Skincare IPC Blemish Treatment
I think everyone needs one of these in their skincare collection! I’ll apply this onto a blemish throughout the day or before bed, and in the morning, I’ll notice it has gone down by a significant amount! It’s so much more affordable compared to other high end blemish lotions which do the same job!
Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define Concealer
Fun fact, but this was actually the first ever makeup product I had ever bought, so it’ll have a soft spot with me! I remember reading about its rave reviews online, and I went to Superdrug with friends to find it! It feels like a fun full circle moment that I actually work at Revolution now!

I'm obsessed– its makeup removal meets self-care. I love to massage it on, watch my makeup melt away (and my worries at the end of the day!). It's packed with gentle skin-loving ingredients too (including soothing oat and hydrating squalane) so it's great if you have sensitive skin.

When I say this is a *need*, not a want... I have a number of neutral palettes but this Makeup Revolution x The Plastic Boy Forever Flawless Eyeshadow Palette is my makeup bag staple; it's so much more than just nudes. It's warm chocolates, beautiful bronzes, tangy oranges and shimmering golds... oh and did I mention it's très pigmented! I can't recommend this palette more!
Revolution Haircare x Bethany Fosbery Baby Hair Tamer
I'm loving the slicked-back look at the moment, but heavy-duty gels tend to leave a lot of residue that can be really tough to wash out – this Revolution Haircare x Bethany Fosbery Baby Hair Tamer Gel is a perfect alternative. The silicone applicator makes it super easy to distribute the gel, and the formula itself is lightweight on the tresses and doesn't leave it feeling crunchy. It's super compact too so easy to pop in your bag if you do need to touch up throughout the day.

The perfect glowy blush, goes on really smoothly, and is so easy to blend but it also doesn't empahsize any texture or acne which I love!

I've loved this product since it launched last year and it actually got voted as the team's favourite launch of 2022. Our Product Manager on Revolution Pro has put so much time and thought into the formulation and it really shows. The packaging is gorgeous and it feels really hydrating and luxurious on your skin. The whole office is hooked on it and were equally as desperate to get our hands on it when it kept selling out after launch!
If I could only choose 2 makeup products to wear it would be concealer and mascara. Our new Whip Lift mascara has an amazing brush that grabs every lash and directs them upwards for huge volume, lift and length. I've been using it since I got my first sample about 6 months before launch and couldn't wait for it to go live officially so everyone else could give it a try!
I've tried a lot of different hair brands to try and keep my long hair feeling hydrated and healthy. When our Product Manager on Haircare presented Plex to us back in 2021 I was so excited to try it. The formula works to penetrate different layers of the hair fibre and nourish from within. There are quite a few products in the Plex range but Plex 3 is definitely my favourite for when my hair needs some major TLC, which is quite often with the amount of heat damage I inflict on it!
