Beauty And The Brits

This was one of my very favorite shoots to be a part of. As a self proclaimed Anglophile, I know how fashion forward the British have been through out history as trendsetters. Here are the looks from 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and current that are featured in Coco Eco magazine.

Here’s 1960’s inspiration. I was totally channeling Twiggy….

By far my favorite look! There are so many different interpretations of this look but I wanted mine to be crisp and precise.

and the flower child of the 1970’s

I really just focused on romantic pink cheeks, minimal eye shadow and a soft pink lip. The era of the 70’s flower child was all about simplicity.

Totally 80’s…..

The 80’s were all about technicolor, from clothes to makeup. I went with a powerful hot pink on the lips, no lip liner and a sexy smokey eye rimmed in kohl black.
