Loyalty Program Terms of Use

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 This website is owned and operated by Revolution Beauty PLC (“the company”). Our company information is at the end of this document.
1.2 These terms and conditions (“The Terms”) apply to the use of our Rev Rewards Loyalty Program (“Rev Rewards”).
1.3 The Terms contain important information about your rights and obligations. By participating in Rev Rewards, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please terminate your membership in Rev Rewards by contacting us.
2. MEMBERSHIP
2.1 Membership to Rev Rewards is open to any current registered account holder. The Rev Rewards program is open to individuals for their personal/non-commercial use only. Groups/resellers may not participate and the company reserves the right to limit the number of participants in the program.
2.2 To participate in Rev Rewards you can join the program by registering for an account on RevolutionBeauty.com. You will begin to earn points once you have registered.
2.3 Membership to Rev Rewards is associated to the RevolutionBeauty.com website that you are shopping on. If you participate in Rev Rewards on the Revolution Beauty UK website, your points balance and rewards are unable to be redeemed on the Revolution Beauty International or US websites.
3. EARNING POINTS
3.1 Participants in Rev Rewards can earn points by making qualifying purchases of Revolution Beauty products or by taking certain ‘points earning’ actions.
3.2 In order to make a qualifying purchase, a participant must be signed into their RevolutionBeauty.com account at the time of the purchase.
3.3 Any purchases of Revolution Beauty products made with partner retailers are not qualifying purchases.
3.4 The number of points earned for each order is dependent on the Rev Rewards level the participant is in at the time of purchase. If a participant is in Bronze or Silver level, they will earn 1 point per £/€/$ spent. If a participant is in Gold level, they will earn 2 points per £/€/$ spent.
3.5 Participants will only receive reward points for every full £/€/$ spent in a qualifying purchase. For example, if you spend 99p you will not receive any reward points. If you spend £5.50 you will receive 5 points in levels Bronze or Silver and 10 points in level Gold.
3.6 Reward points will be calculated based on the final payment amount of the qualifying purchase after any discount has been applied. For example, if your order value is £20 and you apply a 20% discount code, only the remaining £18 will qualify to earn points.
3.7 Reward points will be added to the participants points balance when the order has been confirmed and the company has received payment for that order.
3.8 If a participant in the program, refunds or exchanges an order the points earned for that order or part order will be removed from the points balance. The company reserves the right to adjust or deduct appropriate points from a participant’s balance.
3.9 Additional points may be earned by completing qualifying actions. The company reserves the right to change or update qualifying actions and their associated points at any time.
3.10 Qualifying actions – product reviews. Product review points may only be earned by following email invitation from Revolution Beauty. Email invitations to leave reviews will be sent to all participants after their order has been received. Product reviews left directly on RevolutionBeauty.com product pages or on Revolution Beauty partner websites will not qualify to earn points.
3.11 Qualifying actions – Refer a Friend. Points are awarded to the existing participant of Rev Rewards once a new participant has placed a qualifying order using the referral link supplied to them by the existing participant. The new participant must be a new customer of RevolutionBeauty.com to qualify. The new participant must make their purchase on the same RevolutionBeauty country website as the existing participant referred them from for the existing participant to receive the specified reward points. For example, if the existing participant on the UK website referred a new participant who placed a first order on the International website, the existing participant would not earn the reward points specified. If the referred customer has their order refunded for any reason, the referral points will be removed.
4. REDEEMING POINTS
4.1 Members can used points to redeem for discount vouchers at checkout. Details of voucher value can be found on the Rev Rewards loyalty program page.
4.2 The company reserves the right to amend the points required to purchase each voucher at any time.
4.3 The minimum number of points that can be redeemed on an order is 100 points. The maximum amount of points that can be redeemed on an order is 400 points.
4.4 Only one voucher may be redeemed against an order at a time.
4.5 Voucher redemption may be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
4.6 Voucher discounts do not contribute towards qualifying thresholds for discounts or free shipping.
5. LOYALTY LEVELS
5.1 Once a participant has earned points to a certain loyalty program level, they will become eligible for rewards applicable to that level.
5.2 Level rewards may change or be offered on a limited basis. Visit the Rev Rewards Loyalty program page to find out more about different benefits associated with each level.
5.3 A participant’s loyalty level is calculated by the points earned in the last 364 days. This balance can be seen in the Rev Rewards loyalty page.
5.4 In order to reach the Silver level, the participant must earn 300 points within the last 364 days.
5.5 In order to reach the Gold level, the participant must earn 400 points within the last 364 days.
5.6 Once a participant has earned points to a certain loyalty program level, they must earn points in order to maintain the level.
5.7 In order to remain in Silver level participants must earn 150 points over the following 365 days from the first date of promotion into the silver level. If participants do not earn 150 points within this period they will fall back to Bronze level immediately.
5.8 In order to remain in Gold level participants must earn 200 points over the following 365 days from the first date of promotion to the Gold tier. If participants do not earn 200 points in this period, they will be moved back to the Silver level immediately.
6. POINT EXPIRY
6.1 Points earned from qualifying purchases or actions have an expiry date of 365 days from the point at which they are added to the points balance.
6.2 Any points not redeemed during this time will be removed from the points balance and will not be able to be exchanges for discounts or benefits.
6.3 Level expiry in described in sections 5.6 – 5.8.
7. REFUNDS
7.1 If a qualifying purchase is subsequently refunded or cancelled, the points awarded will be deducted from the points balance according to the level at which the points were earned.
7.2 Any points redeemed as a voucher against a qualifying order that is subsequently cancelled or refunded will be re added to the points balance.
7.3 If a referred customer has their order refunded for any reason, the referral points will be removed from the referring participant.
