      Ingredients for all our products are displayed on the product page under the Ingredients tab. Ingredients are also printed on all our product packaging
      When will an item come back into stock?
      We’re sorry if you find an item is not currently in stock! Please click the Notify Me button and add your email to be the first to know when it is available to purchase. If there is no Notify Me button then unfortunately this product may be discontinued. Please check for other stockists in your area here

      Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
      Unfortunately, we don’t currently sell gift vouchers for use on revolutionbeauty.com.

      • Ask a question. On each product page click on the Reviews tab and check the questions already asked. If you didn’t see what you were looking for hit the Ask a Question button. One of our Customer Service team will get back in touch with an answer asap!
      • Chat with our team – in quieter periods chat with our Customer Services team using the Chat button on most pages. They can help you find exactly what you need.
      Why can’t I buy certain products?
      Due to international shipping regulations, certain products may not be available for delivery in your country. This affects aerosols, fragrance, nail polish & hygiene.
      Restricted products may be shipped to the following countries only: Austria - Belgium - France - Germany - Netherlands - Switzerland - UK (Inc Channel Isles)
      Restricted items cannot be shipped using express shipping methods.
      Other restrictions may be in place due to local regulations, license conditions or shipping limitations. Please check the description for each product to see if these apply.
    • How do I apply a coupon code?
      Coupons codes can be applied on the basket page. Enter the code in the ADD MY PROMO field making sure there are no spaces before or after, then press the Apply button.
      Why does my coupon code not work?
      We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your coupon code, please check the following points and the specific T&C’s for each promotion.
      • Only one coupon may be applied to a basket at one time. If you want to use a different coupon please remove the first one before entering the second
      • Coupons may not be used in conjunction with Sale items unless specified. If the promotion has a minimum spend threshold this must be made up of full priced items, before shipping costs are applied. Please check T&C’s for the specific promotion
      • Coupons may not be used in conjunction with other offers. Please check T&C’s for the specific promotion
      • Most coupons may only be used once. Please check T&C’s for the specific promotion
      • Coupons may be site specific, please check you are on the correct site by selecting your delivery country from the popup
      • Coupons may have an expiry date. Please check T&C’s for the specific promotion
      Do you offer student discount?
      We have partnered with Student Beans & Youth Discount to offer student discount. To check regional availability and get register for your codes please visit our student discount page.
    • Which payment methods do you accept?
      We off a range of payment options depending on your delivery country.
      • Credit & debit card – All countries : Please check with your card provider for information on international payments and any fees.
      • PayPal : Use your existing Paypal account or use a guest account. PayPal also offers pay in 3 options for orders over £45
      • AmazonPay : AmazonPay is available in all supported regions.
      • ApplePay : ApplePay is available for apple device users in supported regions. Use your Apple wallet for express checkout from the shopping cart
      • Klarna : Klarna is available in a number of European countries for Pay Later and Slice it options. Please see Klarna for more details.
      • Clearpay : ClearPay is available in the UK and offers pay in instalment options. Please see Clearpay for more details.
      • iDeal : iDeal is available for customers in the Netherlands
      Which currency can I pay in?
      • UK orders are placed in £ GBP
      • International orders may be placed in € EUR or $ USD – please select from within the Country Selector
      When will my payment method be charged?
      Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted.
      Why have I been charged transaction fees?
      If you are not based in the UK or have chosen to pay in a currency that is not the same as your bank’s currency, you may be charged a fee by your bank. Revolution Beauty does not have any control over these fees. Please check with your bank for information on any international transaction processing fees or currency exchange fees that may be incurred by shopping with us.
      Do you offer Gift Messaging/ Wrapping?
      Sorry, we don’t currently offer gift messaging or wrapping. You can be assured our dispatch notes do not contain payment or price information, so our parcels still make perfect presents.
      Custom fees & Duties
      If you are outside the EU, 0% tax is being charged as you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Revolution Beauty has no control over these charges, and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
      When will I get my refund?
      Please allow 5-7 working days from the time that we have confirmed a refund has been requested, to receive the money in your account. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
    • Do you deliver to my Country?
      We deliver to over 150 countries directly. Please visit the Delivery page and click Change Delivery Country to see if yours is on the list and for shipping costs.
      How do I change my delivery address after ordering?
      At this time we are unable to cancel orders or make adjustments to the order due to a recent warehouse change. If your address is missing information, your parcel will likely be returned to us at which point we can either send the order back to you at the correct address or we can refund the cost of the order for you. You will need to Contact Us as soon as your parcel shows as being returned.
      How do I cancel my order?
      At this time, we are unable to cancel orders or make adjustments to the order due to a recent warehouse change. If you no longer want your order, you can refuse delivery of your order and this will be returned to us. Please Contact Us once your parcel is marked as returning and we’ll process a refund for you.

      When will my order be shipped?
      We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. You must allow the standard shipping time from the date of dispatch - within the UK please allow 15 working days and outside the UK it's up to 35 working days. If you haven’t received your parcel after this time, please Contact Us
      How will my order be shipped?
      UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. International and orders going to Ireland are shipped via Deutsche Post and transferred to your local in country postal services for final delivery.
      How do I track my order?
      Once your order has been dispatched your tracking number will be emailed to you, it is also available within your Account or on the Order Tracking page.

      I have an issue with my product, what do I do?
      If you would like to return any unwanted items, you can return goods purchased through our website as long as they have not been opened or tampered with. Unfortunately, we do not provide a free returns policy. Goods must be returned to us at our distribution centre in the UK within 14 working days of delivery to you or notifying us of cancellation. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.
      However you choose to return your parcel, please retain proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Customers wishing to return fragrance items should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by Royal Mail or any other courier that is used.

      When will I get my Refund?
      If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days from delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.
      When will I get my Replacement?
      If you have requested an exchange or replacement on your Returns note, this will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
      FOUNDATION AND CONCEALER REVOLUTION GUARANTEE
      If you have purchased a foundation or concealer on RevolutionBeauty.com and it is not a good match to your skin when it arrives, please Contact Us to be advised by our customer service team.
      We will help you find your perfect match of foundation or concealer and send you a new one free of charge (1 per customer).
      Please note, we reserve the right to alter or withdraw this guarantee.
    • How do I create an account?
      Create a Revolution Beauty account by registering here. You can also sign up linking your Facebook or Google+ account. By creating an account you will be automatically opted into the RevRewards scheme.
      Please note that by using the same email address to register and login via a social account will create separate accounts, and order details will not be shared between them. Please login using the same method each time you visit the site or app
      How do I sign up for the Newsletter?

      How to I opt out of the Newsletter?
      To opt out of receiving our newsletter simply click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email you receive. Alternatively, you can opt out by deselecting the opt in check box on My Account - Personal Data.
      How do I use the Wishlist?
      Save your faves for later using our wishlist page! Click the ❤️ wherever you see it to add to your wishlist. Sign In to save your wishlist so it’s waiting for you when you next visit.
      Please note that currently the wishlist is not synced between website and app accounts.

    • How will Brexit affect my shopping journey on RevolutionBeauty.com?
      The UK left the EU on 1st January 2021 and we want to reassure you that we have worked hard so your customer experience is not impacted by this, and you can shop with us as usual.

      Will I have to pay taxes and duties?
      No, you will not be charged any extra fees. Revolution Beauty will take care of this for you
      Will your product prices increase?
      No. There will be no changes to our product prices as a result of Brexit.
      Will the shipping cost increase?
      There may be a small increase to shipping in your country. We have tried to avoid changes as much as possible, please check out our delivery page to check prices for your country.
      We are constantly reviewing this and will always do our best to provide a great value service.
      Will my parcel take longer to arrive?
      We have worked hard with our delivery partners to ensure there is no impact to delivery times. If there are any unexpected delays we will communicate this with you.
      Will you still ship to my country?
      We will still deliver worldwide to over 150 countries. Please see our delivery page to check if your country is available.
      Can I still return any unwanted parcels?
      Yes! Returning parcels will remain the same.
